How we work
Family calls us at the first call. An advisor takes situation details — death location, family wishes, budget. We set the plan together: chosen package, ceremony, responsible funeral agency (us), timelines.
Over the next 2-3 days, we handle everything: deceased pickup with licensed hearse, preparation (embalming, cosmetics, dressing), Civil Status formalities, sanitary clearance, CNPP funeral aid file, casket, transport to church and cemetery, memorial meal organization. The family decides final elements (clothes, photos, wreath ribbon messages) — the rest is our responsibility.
We stay alongside after the ceremony too — answer questions (how to cancel ID documents, how to open inheritance, how to renew a burial plot), offer consultation for monuments or later memorials.
Our values
- Sobriety — no forced emotions, no commercial pressure, just real support
- Transparency — firm prices, ANPC-compliant, no hidden costs
- Promptness — under-minute response, on-location presence in 60-90 minutes (coverage area)
- Empathy — every family treated with respect and understanding, regardless of package or budget
- Legal compliance — we follow Law 102/2014, DSP norms, ANPC rules
- Discretion — all family information is confidential, we don't sell or use for marketing
Legally compliant
All our procedures comply with Romanian Law 102/2014 on cemeteries, human crematoria, and funeral services, supplemented by Law 246/2018. Personnel handling the deceased have valid DSP sanitary certifications. Funeral hearses are sanitary-licensed for public road transport.
For consumers, rights are protected by ANPC (Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection). Advertised prices are final, contracts are clear, and problems can be resolved through SAL (Alternative Dispute Resolution) or, for disputes with traders in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre (ECC Romania).
