What we answer
- The first steps right after a death — who to call and in what order
- Which documents are needed and where to get them (medical death certificate, death certificate)
- How much a funeral costs and what each package includes
- How the funeral allowance works and whether it covers your cost
- The difference between burial and cremation — procedures, costs, religion
- What changes if the death occurred at hospital, at home, or abroad
How a consultation works
You call or message us. We don't ask for personal data before helping — first we answer your questions, and only if you choose to work with us do we draw up a clear contract.
On the phone, an advisor listens to the situation — where the death occurred, the family's wishes, the budget you have in mind — and tells you the concrete next steps. If you prefer, we can come to you or receive you for a face-to-face talk, also at no cost.
The consultation commits you to nothing. Many families call simply to understand the procedure, then decide on their own. We prefer an informed family to a rushed one.
Planning ahead
Some contact us before a death — when someone dear is terminally ill, or simply to put things in order. It's a hard conversation, but a useful one: we settle the wishes in advance, estimate the costs, prepare the documents. In the hard moment, the family no longer has to decide anything under pressure.
Advance planning is also free and without obligation. We ask for no deposit and lock no amount — we only note the preferences and stay available.
